Welcome to Twikii.ae. By accessing or utilizing our software development services, proprietary ecosystems (including Twikii.com, Twikiicore.com, and Twikiiai.com), or consulting engineering, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Twikii provides custom enterprise software development, cloud architecture deployment, and artificial intelligence integration. Specific deliverables, project milestones, and SLA parameters will be governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) signed with each corporate client.
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific written contract, all software, source code, data frameworks, and digital architectures developed specifically for a client will be transferred to 100% client ownership upon final milestone payment settlement. Twikii retains all rights to its pre-existing proprietary core platforms (Twikii.com, Twikiicore.com, Twikiiai.com).
Twikii operates in strict compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL). We implement industry-standard encryption and security controls, but clients remain responsible for the governance of data inputted into the operational environments.
These terms, along with all operational engagements of Twikii.ae, are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local regulations of the Emirate of Dubai.
